Ruling Our EXperiences

ROX (Ruling Our eXperiences) is an evidence-based program designed to empower girls by building confidence, leadership, healthy relationships, emotional well-being, and life skills. Through engaging lessons and meaningful discussions, students develop the knowledge and resilience needed to navigate academic, social, and personal challenges while strengthening their sense of self.

In Westerville City Schools, ROX is part of our commitment to fostering student well-being by creating supportive spaces where girls can build connections, develop leadership skills, and gain the confidence to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
