Upcoming Parent Prep workshops feature sessions on student well being, college and career readiness, and digital safety

As part of the Westerville City School District’s Parent Prep workshop series, parents and caregivers can take sessions on a variety of topics including mindful parenting, digital safety, conflict resolution, substance education and college and career readiness.

The latest list of sessions for the upcoming Parent Prep event can be found here.

This year, the annual workshop series is expanding to two opportunities to engage and learn: Feb. 10 at Minerva Park Middle School and March 9 at Westerville Central High School.

Sessions at each event are for adults only due to topics addressed and content shared; no students or other children are permitted to attend. More information about registration and sessions will be forthcoming. Visit www.wcsoh.org/ParentPrep for registration and session information.

The district’s Student Well-Being and Mental Health team organizes the event, which is sponsored by Westerville Education Challenge with support from the Westerville Parent Council.
