PaySchools Central

Online DEBIT/CREDIT Card Payment System

PaySchools Central is a secure and convenient website application that allows parents to add to their child’s meal account, pay school, class and activity fees, and Pre-School and Full-Day Kindergarten Tuition over the internet using any Visa, MasterCard, or American Express (including Debit Visa and MasterCard). PaySchools Central access is available starting July 24, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: Food Service cannot take credit card payments at our office or at the schools; this is only available over the internet. The use of PaySchools Central is optional; we will continue to accept cash and checks for payment of fees or deposits into meal accounts.

Creating an Account

Before beginning, please have ready your child's Student ID number. If you do not know your child's student ID number, you can find the number by logging into the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

  1. Go to the PaySchools Central online portal

  1. Click on, “Register.”
  2. Enter your name, your email address, address, and phone number.
  3. Open the confirmation email to verify your account.
  4. Set up a password
  5. On your first login, you will be prompted to complete security questions and enter District and student information.
