Step 1: Verify your address is within the Westerville City School's attendance boundaries.
To enroll, a parent/guardian MUST live within our district boundaries. Westerville City School's is not an open-enrollment district.
Step 2: Collect all required documents
Student's Birth certificate; Parent Photo ID; Current Lease or Current Mortgage Statement; Current Utility Bill; Immunizations
Step 3: Complete the online enrollment application
You MUST include a current working email address for the legal guardian
Please Note: At the end of your online application, please schedule an Application Review date/time and click the DONE button. This step provides the opportunity for your application to be reviewed by a WCS Enrollment Specialist. Once your enrollment documents have been reviewed, an Enrollment Specialist will contact you through the email address you provided. If you are enrolling more than one child, please schedule their reviews on the same day. If possible, select consecutive review slots that are 30 minutes apart.
Please do not reschedule your review(s) once you have submitted your Application. Changing your date/time will delay your enrollment processing.
- Your application must be completed within 30 days to avoid deletion due to inactivity.
