Enrollment Process

How to Register

Step 1:  Verify your address is within the Westerville City School's attendance boundaries.

To enroll, a parent/guardian MUST live within our district boundaries. Westerville City School's is not an open-enrollment district.

Step 2:  Collect all required documents

Review Required Documents

Student's Birth certificate; Parent Photo ID; Current Lease or Current Mortgage Statement; Current Utility Bill; Immunizations

Step 3: Complete the online enrollment application

You MUST include a current working email address for the legal guardian

Please Note: At the end of your online application, please choose an Application Review date and time and click the DONE button. This step alerts an Enrollment Specialist that your application and required documents are ready for review. You do not need to be available on the selected date and time. Once your enrollment documents have been reviewed, an Enrollment Specialist will contact you through the email address you provided. If you are enrolling more than one child, please choose their review date on the same day. If possible, select consecutive review time slots.

Please do not reschedule your review(s) once you have submitted your Application. Changing your date/time will delay your enrollment processing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  

  • Your application must be completed within 30 days to avoid deletion due to inactivity.
