All enrollment applications and information will be processed online. Note that a desktop, laptop, or tablet should be used to complete the application. Once the Enrollment Center receives a completed online application and a review appointment is selected, an Enrollment Specialist will contact you to complete the enrollment process.

Please note: We are currently experiencing a high volume of enrollment applications and are working as quickly as possible to review and process each application.

To help us process your application as efficiently as possible, please make sure all required documentation is uploaded with your application at the time of submission. Applications with missing documentation may require additional follow-up and can take longer to process.
