Non-Public, Charter, Community and Private Schools

As we prepare for non-public, private, and charter school transportation requests for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year, the registration process will remain the same. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to request transportation services from the district in which they reside. Westerville City Schools’ process is outlined below.

Please follow these directions to submit your request...

The entire registration (request) process will be completed by emailing the required documents to NPSTransportation@wcsoh.org. Documents sent to any other email addresses will not be processed and will be discarded.

STEPS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

  1. Download the Private / Parochial / Charter / Community School Student Transportation Information Form for the 2024-25 School Year.
    • Please complete this form electronically. Also, be sure to make your transportation request for either AM busing, PM busing, or BOTH AM and PM.

  2. Once the fillable form has been completed, SAVE the form to your computer. The parent/guardian will submit the form, their photo ID, and two (2) current proofs of residency (current active lease or current mortgage statement PLUS a current utility bill, all dated within the past 30 days of the date of your request) to  NPSTransportation@wcsoh.org  for processing.

IMPORTANT
To ensure proper processing and scheduling, please note the following:

  • Be sure to download, complete, rename, and save a version of this form for every student for whom service is being requested. A separate form must be completed for each student.
  • Submit one (1) email per student request. In the ‘SUBJECT’ line of the email(s), you must include your student’s name and the school they are attending. Failure to do so may result in a delay of your transportation services request.
  • To ensure timely processing for the start of the new school year, forms should be submitted by Friday, June 14, 2024. Transportation requests submitted after this date may result in the delay of your transportation services for the new school year.

PLEASE REMEMBER

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian of private school students to initiate the process of requesting transportation services. Requests for NPS Transportation are presently being reviewed and the process to submit a request has been open since Friday, May 24, 2024.
