ATTENTION WESTERVILLE VIRTUAL ACADEMY PARENTS and STUDENTS:
Students who were enrolled in the Westerville Virtual Academy (WVA) for the 2020/2021 school year are still considered to be enrolled in Westerville City Schools. With the return to in-person learning in August 2021, students will once again attend their assigned home school in their assigned grade level. Therefore, students who attended the WVA do NOT need to re-enroll into the Westerville City School District.
All in-person registration appointments remain cancelled and our office is CLOSED ~ please follow the instructions below for a successful registration:
Step 1: Collect all required documents (Student's Birth certificate, Parent Photo ID, Current Lease or Current Mortgage Statement; Current Utility Bill; Immunizations)
Step 2: Complete the online enrollment application and include a current working email address for the legal guardian
Step 3: At the end of your online application, please schedule an appointment. Because there is no face-to-face meeting, this appointment alerts our team there is an active application ready for processing. If you are enrolling more than one student, please schedule additional appointments for each student to allow for sufficient processing time.
Once you have scheduled your appointment, please don't reschedule it, as changing it will delay your enrollment processing.
Please note that your appointment will be email communication only - you will NOT come to our OhioHealth location as our office remains closed.
Step 4: You will be contacted, through your email, by an Enrollment Specialist.
Step 5: The required documents can be directly uploaded through the online enrollment application OR you will need to email the required documents to your Enrollment Specialist.
Your application must be completed within 30 days to avoid deletion due to inactivity.
