Concord Counseling Services is hosting a new support group for those experiencing long COVID, a multisystem syndrome with multiple symptoms ranging from fatigue to cognitive impairment.
The in-person group meetings are 2-3:30 p.m. on Mondays starting Dec. 5 at Concord Counseling Services, 700 Brooksedge Blvd. Discussion themes include how to deal with an invisible disability, humor and relaxation techniques as coping mechanisms and how to cope with the symptoms and medical establishment.
