The Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board of Franklin County is conducting a community needs assessment to gauge needs surrounding mental health.
The assessment asks people in Franklin County what their greatest needs are around mental health and addiction services, if they have been able to find the services they need or not and if they are happy with the services they have received if any. The results of the Community Needs Assessment will help ADAMH understand the most important services needed and identify service gaps. The survey deadline is Nov. 30.
If you live in Franklin County or if you provide social services to the Franklin County community, you can complete the survey online in English, Nepali, Somali, or Spanish.
If you have any questions or experience any technical issues with the survey, please call Measurement Resources Company at 614-947-8899, or send an email to email@example.com.
