Cats for Unity will be celebrating Foster Care and Adoption for the month of November. If you have a personal story or experience with Foster Care or Adoption that you would like to share please see Mr. Porter.

Two pairs of girl’s glasses have been turned into the Attendance Office.  If you have lost your glasses, see Mrs. McManis.

Wildcats! Keep in mind that Caring and Sharing began Monday, November 20th. Students can bring in cash or check donations, and remember that all donations are tax deductible. The leading homeroom in each department wins Schneider’s Donuts, and like always, door decorations for goals met starting at $100. Let’s show kindness and caring for our community by donating as much as possible to make this holiday season great for all.

In the Know will meet today after school in room 118. All are welcome to join us!

Otterbein University has invited students from the Westerville district high schools to attend a visit day program. The program will consist of a presentation and tour of the campus, followed by lunch in the Otterbein cafeteria.  Juniors and seniors that are in good academic and behavioral standing are invited to sign up for this great opportunity to tour Otterbein’s campus.  Students can sign-up via Naviance Family Connection, or the sign-up sheet posted in the Guidance office. In order to attend, complete and submit a permission slip by Tuesday, November 28th.

Audition packets for the Winter Drama, Shakespeare's Twelfth Night are in the Athletic office.  Auditions will be December 11th. See you there!

Anyone interested in playing football next season please come to the Istudio today at 2:15 for a brief meeting.

Attention Teachers: interims are in for those who have requested a paper copy and need to be distributed in homeroom today.  Office runners will be bringing interims to your classroom during second period.  You may have interims going to students who attend a later class as well.  Please return any interims of students who are not in your class to Cherie Lappen.  If a student is absent, their interim can be given to them when they return.

Attention Members of the Superintendent's Student Advisory Committee:  The committee will meet on Monday, November 20 at 2:10 p.m. in the guidance classroom.

Attention SENIOR Winter Athletes.  ALL SENIOR BOWLERS, SWIMMERS, CHEERLEADERS, WRESTLERS AND BASKETBALL PLAYERS.  If you are interested in ordering a Senior Athletic Banner, Please see Ms. Amanda in the Athletic Office for an order form.  All orders are due by Wednesday 11/22.

Attention all current sophomores & junior football players. Please stop outside room 116 and sign-up for a post-season meeting with Coach Christ. 

BHM is having a movie night! It's this Friday, November 17th, with dinner from 6:00-6:45 PM in the Commons and the movie from 7-9 PM in the Auditorium. Admission is $3 if you buy your ticket in advance and $4 at the door. That low price covers the movie and one meal ticket. Everyone is welcome so bring your friends! Tickets will be on sale during all lunch periods for just $3.Be there or be square!

All 9th graders interested in learning more about the awesome 3 year Engineering Program offered through the Delaware Career Center, stop by the guidance office to sign up and get more information.

Juniors and Seniors interested in pursuing opportunities in the United States Naval Academy, Westerville South has an AMAZING opportunity to receive firsthand knowledge of the Academy from a midshipman that is also a Westerville Alum. The visit will be Monday, November 20th.  Students can sign-up through Naviance and get permission from their teacher for a presentation 2nd or 3rd period.  Students will have an opportunity to learn about the academies and gain a contact person to help through the process and other future questions. Don't miss out on this great opportunity!!

Attention all seniors: Are you ready for your close up?! Submit your senior picture and senior quote to MyWSHSyearbook@gmail.com. Your homeroom teachers will be handing you a flyer... OR be on the lookout for flyers. Make sure to read directions carefully so your quote doesn't get deleted! You have until February 16th to submit... how do you want to be remembered?
