Hello Warhawks,
What a great graduation ceremony to end a great year here at Central! I was so proud of every student that walked across the stage at the Celeste Center! With that being said, I want to wish all of our newest graduates the best of luck as they head out to begin an exciting new chapter. Please know that you are always welcome back at Central, but make sure that you call to make an appointment. ;-)
As to our Warhawks that will be returning to us next year, I would ask that you have a safe and relaxing summer with your family and friends. I encourage you to use this time to recharge your batteries and enjoy some things you have been looking forward to during this past school year.
Parents, please mark down August 7th and 8th on your calendars for our Schedule Pick Up. We have adjusted the times on both dates so as to accommodate needs of parents and students. The times will be 8-11 in the morning and 4-7 in the evening on each day. We hope that this change will help to make it easier for all of you to get in and take care of your student's upcoming school needs. You will receive your ‘Back To School’ packet in the mail the week before Schedule Pick Up. Please make sure that you complete and bring all the required paperwork (emergency medical card, etc) with you to Schedule Pick Up so the process is a quick and easy one for everyone involved. If you are unable to attend the scheduled times, please have your student report the auditorium on the first day of school.
Last, please make sure you put down August 14th as the first day of school. We will no longer be on a split bell schedule (see below), so make sure you mark that down as well.
