Robert Frost Elementary School third graders ventured into Uptown Westerville on April 26 for their annual Hanby House/Walking Tour of Westerville field trip.  This year, they began what they hope will be a new tradition by stopping midday at City Hall and the Police Station.  There, they received information from City Manager Dave Collinsworth about his job and our city government.  They also delivered special care packages the students made at school for the police officers, which included individualized pen pal letters and notes of appreciation.  The children smiled happily, as they sang a song of thanks.
