The Ohio School Public Relations Association (OHSPRA) recently recognized the Westerville City School District and Visual Communications Coordinator Matt Davis with an Achievement Award during its annual Spring Conference in Columbus held on April 11-12.  OHSPRA presented Davis with its Best of the Best Award in the PR/Marketing Plan category for the district’s “Times Change” Strategic Plan & Facilities Initiative community engagement campaign.  Best of the Best awards are awarded only to those entries that receive a score of 90 percent or higher and earn the overall highest score in that category.

Achievement Awards recognize exemplary school public relations and marketing plans, marketing materials, websites, videos, print newsletters, special purpose publications, photography, writing pieces and e-newsletters.  The competition is open to all public or private schools and districts, career and vocational centers and education-related organizations across the state.

OHSPRA is dedicated to facilitating support for and trust in education through comprehensive communications efforts. Founded more than 30 year ago as the Ohio Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association, OHSPRA has more than 150 members and remains a leader in School PR across the nation.
